Dear Friend,

Twelve years ago...

...two of our leaders began volunteering and leading Healing Hearts groups at Union Gospel Mission's "Hope Place", a women's & children's shelter in South Seattle.

Twelve years later...

...they are still serving and making a difference!

Recently, Union Gospel Mission honored these two dear ladies, Susan Owen and Susie Alicandro, for their years of faithful service. Way to go, Susan and Susie! Press on!

As one of our dear supporters, would you join with me in praise to our Father for this wonderful, on-going work? It is truly a joy to witness this kind of faithful servant leadership being put into practice throughout our ministry.

Whether at a women's shelter, a prison, a crisis pregnancy center, within our churches, or even at a casual encounter at a diner, there are people all around us desperate to hear of Christ's message of hope and healing. May God grant each of us His eyes and heart for the lost.
