We want to keep you informed on the work that is being done by the Lord, and we covet your prayers. Each month, our newsletter provides what we pray is a testament to the Lord's work in this ministry, and we strive to be good stewards of all that He has provided through your faithful donations. To that end, after much thought and prayer, we have felt led to make some important changes to how we deliver our newsletters. We hope you will see the benefits.Effective this month, we will discontinue mailing printed monthly newsletters. If you wish to continue to receive printed newsletters, we will now only mail a quarterly printed newsletter (Jan. / April / July / Nov.) Why are we doing this? On average, it costs $0.82 to print and mail a newsletter to each subscriber ($775 per month, $8,500 per year). By changing to quarterly, monthly printed prayer letters, we can instantly lower our annual cost to $3,100. (You can help us lower that even further if you would consider switching your subscription from receiving mailed newsletters to emailed digital newsletters.) If you prefer printed newsletters, we want to continue sending them on our new quarterly schedule. There are many good reasons you may prefer a printed newsletter—they’re easy to hand to someone, place on your church’s bulletin board, or stick to your refrigerator as a reminder to pray. We want to provide that service to you if you find it useful. For others, email may be a good alternative and can save us money. Our emailed newsletter will continue to be delivered monthly, so please be sure to update your subscription to include our emailed newsletter if you want to receive monthly updates. Also, all of our supporters are welcome to access our current and past newsletters at healinghearts.org/newsletter. Thank you for your ongoing support. We need you standing with us!
