![Healing Hearts Ministries Internaional [LOGO]](https://www.healinghearts.org/nimages/HHLetterhead_Web700.png) Dear Friend, The New Year is already quickly passing us by as we find ourselves already in the month of February. In all the years Healing Hearts has been in existence I've not seen a January so busy. After training 16 new leaders and sending them out this past October at our national conference we can certainly see an increase in our activity as we can barely keep up with all of the orders for Bible studies that we have been receiving. Please continue to pray for our new leaders and seasoned leaders as they are busy coordinating groups in their churches that will be starting soon. Pray for hearts to be healed and souls to be harvested for the glory of God.  January 26-29 five healing hearts leaders and I attended the Vancouver Missions Fest in Vancouver, BC. This is the first year that we have displayed a booth at this conference and because of the cost involved we were only able to afford a small booth pretty much in the back corner of the exhibit room. For several weeks we asked people to pray that God would draw people to our booth. The response we received was amazing. At the last minute we decided that we would pay for electricity and use a laptop computer so that people passing by would be able to view our web site. This was truly a God inspired decision as the laptop was busy continually with people wanting to see how someone would sign up to do our studies on-line. One of the conference coordinators told us that he had been walking around viewing the various areas of the exhibit hall and said that our row was one of the busiest rows in the building and wondered why. We know it was God who was making it happen because we covered this conference in prayer. We estimate that we handed out approximately 700 literature packets and hundreds of E-ministry business cards. Please pray that every packet handed out will be used to God's glory for healing and/or salvation. One booth directly across from us was a mission that disciples pastors in Canada called ACE "Accelerated Christian Education." Lou Brunelle, the man that was in charge of that booth spent quite a bit of time inquiring about our ministry and at the end of the conference he came over and asked for a stack of E-ministry business cards and literature packets. He told me that he has regular contact with over 100 pastors in Canada and that they would all be hearing about Healing Hearts in the near future. Pray that as he shares with these pastors that good fruit will come and we will be able to establish a presence in Canadian churches.One of the highlights of the conference for me, were the people we met from foreign countries. I met a woman from Kenya whose name is Jennifer Mpungu who is a refugee Assistance Program Coordinator. She spent quite a bit of time educating us about the need for Healing Hearts in her country and asked us when we might be able to come. To be quite honest I wanted to go now but we must wait on the Lord for His perfect timing. We exchanged information and both of us are trusting in God's perfect timing for Healing Hearts to reach women in that country. I know in my heart that it will happen someday soon. Please pray for us in this area of foreign missions. In the last six months we have been bombarded with requests from South Africa. The need is great everywhere. Pray for God to give us wisdom as we make decisions on future foreign outreaches.  Another exhibitor who came to talk with us had a ministry in England to teenagers. They were very excited about our ministry and also left with a stack of E-ministry business cards and information. They are hoping one day to be able to have a Healing Hearts representative come and speak at one of their outreaches.We met exhibitors from all over the world and thousands of people from Canada. We could tell as we shared what the ministry was about with women and men that there are many hurting individuals who need Jesus and the healing that only His Word can provide. We are so very thankful that God has made a way for us to have all of our Bible studies on-line. Without the on-line ministry we would have never been able to do such a conference because we would have had nothing to offer those in attendance. Currently we have 97 people signed onto our E-ministry program. Please pray for every one of them as they work through God's Word to find hope and healing for their lives. Many are not saved. Please pray that they would receive Jesus into their hearts as they read His Word. Healing Hearts will be hosting an information table at the Beth Moore conference that will be held in Redmond, Washington at Overlake Christian Church on February 2nd-3rd. Please pray for Kathy Kennard as she works at our table. Our prayer is that many women in Washington State would learn about Healing Hearts and sign up for winter groups.
