Dear Supporter of Healing Hearts,

2021 was another monumental year for Healing Hearts Ministries. We’ve accomplished so much together! This report is our chance to share our celebration with you.

In many ways, 2021 was a replay of 2020 – with many of the same public health situations preventing our counselors from meeting in person with their Bible study participants. But, once again, we’ve seen a faithful determination and resilience throughout our ranks of staff, counselors, volunteers, and donors like you to meet the challenges as we carry out the mission to bring hope and healing to the brokenhearted in our communities and across the globe.

You have been an integral part of this! God has used your faithful service, prayers, and support to do mighty things beyond anything we could have ever imagined.

As you embrace the new year, please take some time to rejoice with us at what the Lord has done. He is worthy of our praise!

Our perseverant Healing Hearts Counselors combined to reach more than 330 clients through creative uses of video/online groups and our E-Ministry interface.

We saw 17 new trainee graduates complete our rigorous Healing Hearts Certified Counselor training program.

Our leaders' and trainees' efforts to raise awareness of our ministry through Walks and various Facebook-hosted fundraisers helped reach and motivate our donor base to contribute in big ways, bringing in $48,629 from Walk donations, and another $3,350 from Facebook fundraisers!

Our steadfast donor base continued to help us meet our primary "Supporting Healing Hearts" and “Youth Ministry” budget goals. Even through the hardships of 2021, where we've had to say goodbye to some dear supporters as they passed on to glory -- we still saw our donor base faithfully raise over $163,000 towards our main budgets. We are so very thankful!

In addition to regular budgeted items, we also began raising funds for some special projects: “Cuban Outreach”, "Romanian Translation", and “Turkish Translation”. We are so encouraged to report that we fully funded the Cuban Outreach project of $25,000 and are making steady progress towards funding the Romanian and Turkish translations ($1,475 of $6,000)! Keep watching our monthly prayer letters for updates on these special projects.

Summer 2021 saw new doors flung wide open in South America, providing us an opportunity to adapt our complete program of Bible studies and training materials so that we can equip and minister within the Spanish-speaking reaches of the world.

In Fall 2021, we released our brand-new men’s study, The Good Fight, and a revised edition of Restoring a Father’s Heart in both their printed and online formats, with accompanying Leader’s Guides. There are so many people to thank for seeing that effort through to completion. We’ve already begun to see the men’s ministry growing in new churches across North America.

As we celebrate these accomplishments, it’s so important to recognize that all of this simply doesn't happen because we try hard (which we do), or because we are worthy of this outpouring (though we try to be) -- We truly believe it is because God is able to supply all our needs and works on our behalf for His glory. He has done this great thing and is worthy of our praise! So, please take time to rejoice with us and praise Him for His goodness.
